When we begin a new work in a country, we start by identifying and assessing the targeted groups, needs, worldview issues and trusted networks. Based on that initial assessment, we develop a long-range program for the country. That program design will include a series of projects focusing on different groups, needs and/or content modules. After each project we engage a third party evaluator to assess the impact and make recommendations on how to improve the next project cycle. After the full sequence of projects is completed, another third party evaluator assesses the impact of the entire program as well as captures lessons learned to carry forward to the next program in a different region or country.
