At T4 Global, we never implement projects alone. We always develop and execute projects in partnership with others. God has gifted others with experience, talent and relationships that can only enhance T4 Global’s effectiveness. We do not need to “reinvent the wheel” where we can build on the success of others. However, T4 Global does have unique abilities and experience which can improve our partners’ outreach and training. We help others equip and train around the world, particularly those efforts that target oral learners.
Partnership to us means much more than simply giving money to fund the work. Partnership collaborates in multiple directions. A T4 Global partnership involves individuals, businesses, churches, foundations and other faith-based organizations. A T4 Global partnership also involves indigenous leaders, churches, agencies, and organizations in the countries where we work.
The transformational results that we seek include transformation in our partner’s lives as well as the lives of those who receive training. For our partners, transformation comes when they engage their heads, hearts and feet–not just their money. In God’s economy, all who come in contact with His Kingdom work are affected and changed, whether it be the donor, the implementer or the recipient.
Many individuals and businesses who partner with T4 Global awaken to God’s heart for the poor and needy, as well as for those cut off from opportunity and education. They appreciate the challenge of working cross-culturally and helping others in a way that is empowering and sustainable. They learn about and experience holistic Kingdom transformation.
Similarly, churches who partner with T4 Global are challenged to expand their vision and strategy for work among some of the most difficult communities in the world. They learn how to participate more fully in God’s holistic Kingdom transformation. And they learn about outreach efforts that are more effective, sustainable and achieve the desired results.
Agencies, Bible societies, denominations, and other faith-based organizations partner with T4 Global to expand their strategy with an orality emphasis. They also learn more about effective project management, managing for results and a return on investment or donation.
We at T4 Global also benefit from partnerships. We learn all the great work God is doing through you and your organizations before, during and after implementing a project together. We are challenged to expand our vision and strategy by what we see and learn from you. We also grow as we meet your partners and learn from them and grasp a little more the wonder of God’s family at work around the world.
If this kind of synergistic partnership resonates with you, please contact us and let’s discuss how we can work together.
