Experiential: We rely on experiential and participatory learning to facilitate lasting change.

Relationships: We use only relational training methods since learning occurs best in community.

Grassroots: Our bias is for customized grassroots solutions rather than one solution for all.

Empowerment: We prefer to work invisibly, in the background, in order to empower locals to lead and affect change.

Only a tool: Technology is a tool, not a solution – when used well, it can expedite transformation.
